# The Opportunities board

> **COMING.** Nothing is listed yet, and there is no way to post yet.

## What Opportunities will be

A board where owners will be able to post a business, by choice, if they want it to stay local. Local buyers will be able to say what they are looking for.

> **We list and introduce. We do not broker.** We do not set prices, negotiate, take a fee on a sale or give advice. After an introduction, you work with your own lawyer, banker and accountant.

## Our rules for it

- Nothing is listed without the owner's yes.
- Owners choose what to show.
- We will explain how to reach us before the board opens.
