What Opportunities will be
A board where owners will be able to post a business, by choice, if they want it to stay local. Local buyers will be able to say what they are looking for.
We list and introduce. We do not broker.We do not set prices, negotiate, take a fee on a sale or give advice. After an introduction, you work with your own lawyer, banker and accountant.
Our rules for it
- Nothing is listed without the owner's yes.
- Owners choose what to show.
- We will explain how to reach us before the board opens.
